INVESCO FUNDS GROUP ADDS QUICKEN TURBOTAX TO WEB SITE



Denver, CO - February 9, 2001 - INVESCO Funds Group announced today that it has expanded its online services to include Quicken(R) TurboTax(R) for the WebSM through a marketing alliance with Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ: INTU). "With this service, our customers will be able to prepare and file federal and state income tax returns online via a link from our web site. No downloading of software is required," said Jon Pauley, Vice President of Electronic Commerce for INVESCO Funds Group.

According to Pauley, TurboTax for the Web supports more than 100 IRS tax forms, schedules and worksheets, prepares 1040, 1040A, and 1040EZ forms as well as state returns in all 44 states with a state income tax plus the District of Columbia. Electronic filing services are included in the cost of tax preparation. Pauley added that INVESCO Funds customers will be able to use Turbo Tax for the Web from mid-January 2001 until October 16, 2001, the last filing date for tax year 2000.
